The Executive Board of Friends United Meeting recently approved a Search Committee to conduct an international search for the next General Secretary of Friends United Meeting. The Search Committee is comprised of the following Friends:

Walt Fry, FUM Trustees/FUM General Board
Elaine Hayden, Jamaica Yearly Meeting
Beth Henricks, Western Yearly Meeting
Kristina Keefe-Perry, New England Yearly Meeting
Brent McKinney, Friends Church of North Carolina
Stephen Magwilu, Kaimosi/Nairobi Yearly Meetings
Lonah Mumelo, North/Nairobi Yearly Meetings
Hastings Ozwara, Highlands/Nairobi Yearly Meetings
Jordan Snarr, Wilmington Yearly Meeting
The Search Committee will be convening its first meeting in July. No timeline has been set yet by the committee as to when the search will be completed.
