Dear Friends,
As Kathleen Wooten is leaving her work in Communications at Friends United Meeting, due to recent budget cuts, I want to take some E-news space to tell you all how much I have appreciated working with her. Kathleen has coordinated e-news stories and led our social media efforts, using our Facebook and Instagram pages to amplify the voices of Friends and making sure we keep posting our unique content on YouTube. In all her work, she has made the beloved community of Friends a more informed and connected place.
Kathleen, thank you for all you do to lift up communications as a ministry among Friends. I will miss seeing your can-do spirit and your ever-present coffee mug on my Zoom screen. When you remember, please send me guinea pig videos.
